Hello Warwick, what will, or would, you say to those people in ten years or so whose livelihoods are now in irrevocable ruins as a result of CCDU-CERA compulsory land acquisitions when they see some developer building on what was once land they had worked hard to buy, develop, insure, and provide a future for their families with, who now have no hope of affording inner city property in the new smaller CBD?
