Client Success Manager – Corporate

Scribble is seeking a seasoned client success manager to support and grow ScribbleLive’s portfolio of corporate brand accounts. This is a new role at ScribbleLive. Your focus will be driving product adoption and the illustrating value our platform and network. In this role you are an evangelist inspiring some of the world’s leading brands to embrace real time content marketing and communication. Based in Toronto, this role reports to the Success Manager and provides significant opportunity for future growth and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate brands

  • Design and execute comprehensive real-time digital content marketing and communication strategies for clients

  • Define key business metrics and success criteria establishing a process for monitoring goals in order to provide visibility to executive sponsors

  • Provide expertise on the ScribbleLive platform highlighting key features and functionality that will result in optimal execution of their content creation and syndication strategies

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients such that all ScribbleLive initiatives are closely aligned with client business goals and strategy

  • Drive usage and adoption of the ScribbleLive Platform and Scribble Market in a directive manner through on-going usage reviews, communication of best practices and joint account planning

  • Proactively monitor and report on customer usage and success to internal teams

  • Create and deliver monthly reports to highlight customer’s strategic successes and provide ongoing recommendations for further optimization

  • Organize on-boarding and training on the ScribbleLive platform

  • Stay informed of content marketing, emerging technologies and competitive offerings in the media, corporate and real-time content creation space

  • Participate in industry events

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven ability to form strong client relationships within all levels of the organisation, including business dev, CMO’s and VP’s of Marketing at Mid to Large Corporations

  • Experience in communication, business, PR

  • Deep knowledge of content marketing

  • Experience working with large brands

  • Proven ability to lead clients to achieve their business objectives

  • Strong organizational, presentation and communication skills

  • Interest or experience in a high growth, early stage tech company

  • A positive attitude + ability to excel under pressure

  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a closely knit team

  • Ability to travel
