Thanks for watching. We worked very hard to convince Firestone managers and employees to participate. It was very rewarding that they chose to speak to us so candidly. Many people we spoke to told us they were a bit surprised by the conditions when they arrived, but quickly adjusted. To my mind, having grown up in Colombia, it’s pretty standard that a company that operates in a volatile place, will provide amenities to lure qualified employees.
