Vincent Mifsud has held various C-level positions in the technology sector including Chief Executive Officer of Genesis Worldwide, Chief Operating Officer of Pivotal Corp. and Chief Financial Officer at Rand Technologies. During his tenure at Rand, the company grew from a $30 million private company to a $300 million public company over a 5 year period with 70 offices worldwide. Similarly at Pivotal, the company grew from $10 million to $95 million in revenue providing software solutions in 35 countries globally and was selected by Deloitte & Touche as one of the top 10 fastest growing technology companies in North America. At Genesis, the company became the global leading provider of green structural building solutions utilized in over 350 projects, representing over 10 million square feet of building area. Vincent is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

Jonathan has been developing web applications for 14 years, and holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto. Prior to founding ScribbleLive, he ran the development team for Canada's largest broadcaster, and was responsible for the content management systems used by multiple news properties and a complete rebuild of broadband video players used by dozens of websites. In 2008, Jonathan founded ScribbleLive with Michael De Monte. He wrote and maintained the entire codebase himself for the first year, and continues to stay actively involved in the development of the product to this day. Jonathan's experience working with newsrooms and supporting massive traffic loads have given him the unique perspective to guide the growth of the ScribbleLive platform. Jonathan lives and works in Toronto. He enjoys horseback riding, and his dog Sandy can be found running around the ScribbleLive offices.

He remembered buying his first 128K Mac (that’s kilobytes by the way, not megabytes) and thinking - this will change everything. Since that day Michael has been a part of every major publishing revolution. The end of typesetting with digital page layouts, CD-ROM’s as the new medium for big data, desktop video and the studio in your lap, the internet and the dawn of community, and today the age of social. In 2008 while working at the largest media company in Canada and overseeing over a dozen Content Management Systems, Michael witnessed barriers that impeded the newsroom and content creators, and envisioned a product that would encourage real-time collaborative storytelling. That year, he, and cofounder, Jonathan Keebler, started ScribbleLive. A thought-leader in the digital media industry, Michael is a frequent speaker on many topics including content marketing, real-time storytelling, and the second screen. Aleya has nearly 20 years in senior marketing, sales, business development and international management roles. She joined Scribble in April 2013 as CMO and is responsible for brand development & management, marketing, communications, social media management and lead generation. Prior to joining Scribble, Aleya was with Brookfield Asset Management’s residential real estate portfolio for almost 10 years. Most recently she was Chief Marketing Officer of Brookfield’s U.S. Franchise business. Since 2009, Aleya had been posted overseas leading international development opportunities including roles based in India, the UK and the USA. From 1996 to 2001, Aleya was with Chapters Inc. (Canada’s largest book retailer), and was responsible for marketing, advertising, loyalty programs, events, communications and public relations. During her tenure at Chapters, the business grew from $400 million to almost $1 billion and launched and took public both Chapters large-format bookstores and Chapters Online.

Divesh Sisodraker has been a senior technology executive for fifteen years.  Most recently, he was a Partner at Vanedge Capital, a venture capital fund and Chairman of coincidenceLabs, a social technology consultancy.  Prior to that, Divesh was EVP and CFO at Taleo Corporation, a SAAS talent management software company where he led the second largest software IPO on NASDAQ in 2005 (acquired by Oracle).  Before Taleo, Divesh was President and CEO at Pivotal Corporation, and prior to that he was CFO.  Through these roles he led the company from a $3 million monthly burn rate and negative growth, into the largest and fastest growing division of CDC Software, a $400 million enterprise software company. Divesh has also served as board member for a number of software companies: Bridgewater Systems (acquired by to Amdocs) and Chalk Media (acquired by Blackberry).  Divesh is a Chartered Accountant and holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.

That year, he, and cofounder, Jonathan Keebler, started ScribbleLive. A thought-leader in the digital media industry, Michael is a frequent speaker on many topics including content marketing, real-time storytelling, and the second screen.
