Vincent Mifsud has held various C-level positions in the technology sector including Chief Executive Officer of Genesis Worldwide, Chief Operating Officer of Pivotal Corp. and Chief Financial Officer at Rand Technologies. During his tenure at Rand, the company grew from a $30 million private company to a $300 million public company over a 5 year period with 70 offices worldwide. Similarly at Pivotal, the company grew from $10 million to $95 million in revenue providing software solutions in 35 countries globally and was selected by Deloitte & Touche as one of the top 10 fastest growing technology companies in North America. At Genesis, the company became the global leading provider of green structural building solutions utilized in over 350 projects, representing over 10 million square feet of building area. Divesh Sisodraker has been a senior technology executive for fifteen years.  Most recently, he was a Partner at Vanedge Capital, a venture capital fund and Chairman of coincidenceLabs, a social technology consultancy.  Prior to that, Divesh was EVP and CFO at Taleo Corporation, a SAAS talent management software company where he led the second largest software IPO on NASDAQ in 2005 (acquired by Oracle).  Before Taleo, Divesh was President and CEO at Pivotal Corporation, and prior to that he was CFO.  Through these roles he led the company from a $3 million monthly burn rate and negative growth, into the largest and fastest growing division of CDC Software, a $400 million enterprise software company. Divesh has also served as board member for a number of software companies: Bridgewater Systems (acquired by to Amdocs) and Chalk Media (acquired by Blackberry).  Divesh is a Chartered Accountant and holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
