we're talking about recruitment. We are good with youth, but there's a piece missing for recruiting young adults into leadership within the denomination.

Got me into ministry: Campus Ministry at my time of need in college that allowed me to get back into the church after years of questioning/dissonance. Stay: Because I know there are many others just like me who need the same things out there.
