Some vehicle and houses were damaged. There are two Propane rail tankers at the scene that have flames under them and an 8ft flame is shooting out of one of them. They are cooling them down with water The explosion spread debris everywhere. The tanker can hold up to 220,000 liters of fuel. Apparently they are not full.
