Kindle's text to speech issue. Publishers outraged over this who negotiated about rights and found out audiobooks were basically there. Amazon technically legally in the clear.

On* system – FBI found out about ability to listen/talk to people in car. Contacted another company and asked them to listen into all conversations at all times, company agrees then realizes implications, then sues the United States of America.
