CRICKET DESK: South Africa continued their fine recent T20 form with their three-wicket win over Australia in the first match of the series and they will hope for a repeat of that performance to secure the series with one match left.
CRICKET DESK: In the first match of today's double-header the Windies' womens' team beat SA by 45 runs to level the series at 1-1 with the decider to be played in Cape Town on Wednesday.
POSSIBLE TEAM NEWS: We can expect to see a few changes from both teams today as they look to fine-tune their playing XIs ahead of the World T20. SA coach Russell Domingo has gone on record as saying that he would like Dale Steyn to play at least two games this series so we should see the paceman today while Hashim Amla may make a return to the top of the order. Australia left Shane Watson and James Faulkner out of the team that lost in Durban and they could well make a return to the team today.
TEAM NEWS: Australia will have a debutant in their team today with left-arm spinner Ashton Agar set to make his first appearance in a T20 international.
TOSS: Australia win the toss and elect to bowl.
TEAM CHANGES: Australia have made four changes to their team while SA have made two changes with Farhaan Behardien in for Rilee Rossouw while Dale Steyn is back for Kyle Abbott.
- South Africa
SA TEAM: AB de Villiers, Quinton de Kock (wk), Faf du Plessis (capt), JP Duminy, Farhaan Behardien, David Miller, David Wiese, Chris Morris, Kagiso Rabada, Dale Steyn, Imran Tahir.
AUSTRALIA TEAM: Shane Watson, Aaron Finch, Steven Smith (capt), David Warner, Glenn Maxwell, Mitchell Marsh, Peter Nevill (wk), James Faulkner, John Hastings, Josh Hazelwood, Ashton Agar.
PITCH REPORT: As usual at the Wanderers it looks like a very good batting wicket. It is a bit dryer than usual but there is a decent covering of grass and there should be some decent bounce. But I expect some big scores today.
CRICKET DESK: There is a bit of concern from some quarters about SA's playing XI today but the team plan was always to give everybody in the squad a run during the series. I expect Amla to play in the third game.
FIRST OVER: AB de Villiers, coming off a first-baller in Durban, will face the first ball of the match with Hazelwood to bowl. AB is off the mark immediately with two runs down to third man before he cracks a delivery past backward point for four. SA 8-0 after the first over.
WICKET: No messing about from De Villiers as he has the first six of the match, in the second over, as he hoists a Hastings delivery over midwicket. Hasting's has his revenge as he bowls De Villiers off an inside edge with a delivery that just nipped back at the batsman. SA 15-1 after two overs.
BOUNDARIES: Hazelwood drops short to De Kock who pulls the ball through midwicket for his first four before he murders a full delivery over midwicket for four more. SA 26-1 after three overs.

BOUNDARIES: De Kock has four more as he shuffles down the wicket before bashing a Hazelwood delivery over mid-on for four before he heaves the next ball over midwicket for four more. De Kock is flying as he hammers a full ball over extra cover for six! SA have raced to 62-1 after six overs.
SMASH: Maxwell is on for a bowl and De Kock pulls a short ball in front of square leg for four before smearing the next ball to the square leg fence for four more. Three fours off the over as De Kock sweeps delivery down to fine leg. SA 74-1 after seven overs.
WICKET: James Faulkner bowls a fine over and he has his reward as he bowls De Kock with a full toss that clips off the batsman's pads and onto the stumps. De Kock out for 44 off 28 balls and SA are 77-2 after eight overs.
SHOT: Faulkner bowls a slower ball the Duminy lofts superbly over mid-off for four. SA 87-2 after 10 overs.
WICKET: Marsh bowls a no ball and Du Plessis has a free hit that he takes full advantage of by smearing the ball over deep square leg for a big, flat six. Marsh then bowls a short ball that Duminy pulls powerfully over deep fine leg for six to take SA to 103-2. Make that 103-3 as Duminy pulls another short ball to Finch at deep midwicket.
SLOWING DOWN: Australia are slowing the scoring rate and they have conceded just 10 runs off the last two overs. SA 113-3 after 13 overs.
SLAP: Miller has his first boundary as he leans back before cutting a Maxwell delivery past point for four.
WICKET: That is a very powerful shot from Miller he he hammers an Agar delivery straight back past the bowler for four before Millers heaves the next ball over deep midwicket for six! Two sixes off the over as Miller strikes a delivery high over long-on! Miller goes for six more but he doesn't get all of it and he is comfortbaly caught by Maxwell on the long-off fence. SA 142-4 after 15 overs.
WICKET: Behardien eases a Faulkner delivery down to long-off for a single to take the score to 150-4 in the 17th over. Faulkner has been impressive today and he has the wicket of Behardien as the batsman drags a slower ball straight to Agar at deep midwicket. SA 151-5.
50 FOR DU PLESSIS: Du Plessis goes down on one knee before ramping a Hazelwood delivery over the keeper's head for four before inside edging the next ball down to fine leg for four more. Du Plessis has his seventh T20 international fifty off just 33 balls. SA 165-5 after 18 overs.
WICKET: Faulkner has his third wicket as Morris slaps a delivery straight to Warner at deep long-off. SA are 165-6 in the 19th over. Du Plessis is still flying though and he hammers a delivery over wide long-off for six! SA 178-6 after 19 overs. Faulkner ends with 3-28, a good effort on a good batting track.
LAST OVER: Hastings to bowl. Du Plessis on strike. Du Plessis drags the first ball to square leg for four. Du Plessis hammers the next ball over extra cover for six! This is fine batting from Du Plessis who whips the third ball over deep square leg for six more! The fourth ball goes for four as Du Plessis squeezes it past point.
WICKET: Du Plessis is finally out as he drags a full toss to Maxwell at deep midwicket. Wiese ends the innings by slamming the last ball way over long-off for six!
CRICKET DESK: SA powered their way to 204-7 thanks to 79 off 41 balls from Faf du Plessis while Quinon de Kock added 44 and David Miller chipped in with 33. James Faulkner was the pick up the bowlers as he claimed 3-28.
AUSTRALIA INNINGS: Australia are ready to start their run chase. Rabada will bowl the first over with Finch on strike. Finch is off the mark as he pulls a short ball to deep midwicket for two runs.
WICKET: Rabada is a fine bowler and he fires in a 148km/h yorker that bowls Finch, who had no answer to that excellent delivery. Australia 2-1.
