Hi all, join me tonight at 9pm et/pt to discuss the continuation of MUC!
5 minutes until show time. Join me if you are watching!
Here we go! I love their house! I'm excited. Are you?
@Ryan. They did discuss budget in the early episodes. I'm pretty sure it comes up here and there.
He's right! Do the yard! But get out of that basement. I vote hotel!
OH Lord. The frat house.
It does seem like they have a hefty budget, I agree. Let's watch carefully and see if they mention it.
Sigh. I love that. Cedar! So nice.
Great hardware. Not always easy to find. And not cheap! But so worth it.
Those iron railings are on SO many houses in that area. I don't know... I kind of like them? But it might just be an emotional attachment thing. Thoughts?
Don't miss the Property Virgin's marathon on Valentine's Day. I'm "in the market" and simply can't get enough of that show.
@Karen It's quiet so far.
Haha! So funny. Of course he wants to see boobies. Oh Rod. Just you wait...
Oh yeah. Much nicer than the iron railing.
He's saying he's sick of her. I love how he's telling her to "go get loaded." I heart this couple.
I sympathize. I could NOT have survived a reno while I was pregnant. But really? The frat house? Is it better?
OK. Rod is not happy with those stones. Anyone redone their yard recently? What stone did you choose? Or did you?
I hope that Nat's baby makes an appearance! I really do. But I guess we'll have to wait and see.
I think these two will be great parents. I want to see the nursery too!
@rd Yes! Totally the hipster version of Sarah's House. Exactly! I love it.
Haha! Sale is my second favourite word too.
This is the kind of reno that I want to do. Just look at the plans, say yes of no, and let someone else deal with the rest of it.
Anyone ever hired a designer like that for your own renovation?
@Karen I bet! Did you do your whole house over?
I know I keep saying this, but that house is so nice. I'm more than a little jealous.
Heheh. These two always make me smile. How can you not love them?!
@Pat I think they are still going to paint the wood work, no? Maybe not. I agree, it would look better painted. But it's still a big improvement.
Well, another episode down. I personally think they go too fast. I'm enjoying watching their home transformation, and their lovely personal banter. I hope that you'll join us again next week. Same time, same place.
