The thing-a-week theme is Ignite. Thing is a group on Flickr set up by one of the last Ignite speakers. Take a pic and add it to the Flickr group.

Right...back online. Kristof Zoltan von Csefalvay-Bartal (@chriscsefalvay) is now doing Ignite Karaoke.
Basically looking at slides and telling us about them... the first pie-chart, the first computer game involved a ghost rifle... He's very knowledgable, and very funny.

15 min break while the noisy theatregoers come out for the interval of Carmen. What have we learnt so far? Salt is boring (from @joniayn), creative people are obsessed with cats, and the first pie was a pie chart? Hang on, it all went so quickly.
Geoff (@foomandoonian) is talking about Thing-a-week at #IgniteCardiff. Upload a picture on a theme to the Flickr group, where there are discussion boards for ideas on themes.
Some themes are genric like 'green', 'masks', 'trivia', 'redux' (take a picture from a previous thing and do it differently.
Geoff Rogers has spoken about Thing a Week at #IgniteCardiff - looking at a community of photographers who have come together online. Truly interesting stuff.
